Project Communication
Message threads, file attachments, and communication best practices.
Message threads
Every project has a built-in message thread where you and your developer can communicate. Messages are persistent and organized chronologically, creating a clear record of all project discussions, decisions, and feedback.
File attachments
You can attach up to 5 files per message. Supported files include images (which are previewed inline), documents, and other common file types. Maximum file size is 10MB per file. Use attachments to share mockups, screenshots, documentation, or any other reference materials.
Best practices
Keep communication within the project thread so everything is documented in one place. Be specific when providing feedback — reference particular features or sections of the spec. For milestone reviews, use the milestone submission flow rather than informal messages. Both parties receive email notifications for new messages so nothing gets missed.
